It studies law in an analytical and systematic manner and mainly focuses on <strong>law as it is<\/strong>, rather than law as it ought to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The Analytical School studies the nature, meaning and structure of <strong>positive law<\/strong>. It attempts to understand legal concepts by examining the law recognised and enforced by the legal system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The school is generally associated with <strong>Legal Positivism<\/strong>.
